The fabrication unit is also loaded with fully automated machines that are imported from Italy that has further enhanced the production capacity.

Quality Assurance

For the maximum satisfaction of the quality, we have a fully equipped quality control lab. The lab is equipped with the modern tools and equipments that assist in making the quality of the Enamel Coated Copper Wire as per the international standards. Full test certificate (TC) is provided on all relevant parameters with every shipment. For maximum satisfaction of the quality, Tangent- Delta test is conducted apart from mechanical, electrical, thermal tests to ensure optimum level of polymerization.
